Overview

The Flyover Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects within the Marketing Operations teams for our Flyover business located in Vancouver, Las Vegas, Iceland and Chicago.  This role oversees the efficient delivery of marketing and content programs from vision to completion while ensuring alignment with strategy and stakeholder communications. This position will be the key point of contact between the Flyover marketing team, channel marketing and Marketing operations and must work to prioritize projects based on strategic objectives and team capacity. Pursuit operates a shared service model, where the Marketing Operations teams execute the strategy projects for our global businesses for web, creative and content development, paid marketing, social media and email marketing. Reporting to the, Sr. Account and Project Manager, the Project Manager will work in close collaboration with the Director, Sales and Marketing, Flyover and Sr. Senior Sales and Marketing Managers at Flyover as well as all members of the Pursuit Marketing team and external partners to ensure they are set up for success to deliver all marketing, creative, brand and content projects effectively.

What is the compensation for this role?

The compensation for this role is $70k annually and a full  breakdown of benefits and perks will be discussed during the interview process. 

What will you do in this job?

Support in the execution and application of Flyover marketing and in-market collateral as determined by marketing and sales plan, in collaboration with Flyover and Marketing Operations team members.

  • Accountable for timely completion of projects, including ownership of establishing lead times and workback schedules that allow all teams to complete work in a manageable timeline.
  • Development and execution of processes and project management for the Marketing Operations team.
  • Ownership of Asana (PM software) task workflow, including management of single tasks requests and trafficking of work to team members for Flyover projects.
  • Development of tactical briefs including copy, graphic design, web, digital advertising, and email. Support in development of annual advertising plan for Flyover marketing.
  • Project Management of creative and content production for go-to-market deliverables and film changeovers, including paid media creative, signage, in-market collateral, email, and web content.
  • Will work closely with the Manager, Performance Marketing on the execution of paid media plans – including working with internal and external partner on the development of creative, providing creative feedback and getting approvals for stakeholders prior to trafficking creative with media agency.
  • Review reporting and work with Manager, Performance Marketing to update and optimize creative.
  • Provide status updates on all campaign projects.
  • Primary point of contact between Marketing Operations and Flyover’s sales and marketing team.
  • Prioritization of project requests based on strategic alignment and team resources. Support in traffic and capacity management of team.
  • Point of contact for creative vendors and partners (copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, printers, etc.)
  • Budget maintenance and support of invoice tracking for Marketing Operations team.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

Experience you’ll need to be considered for the job

  • A minimum of 3-4 years in marketing project or account management
  • Experience in the hospitality or attractions industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience using essential MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PPT, Word, Teams required.
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Asana.
  • Must have the ability to plan, organize and execute work details on time and on budget
